Once you've purchased a ticket or tickets, you’ll receive an email confirming your ticket number(s). You can also view all your current tickets by logging into your account on our website.
Live Draws are streamed on Facebook and use a random number generator to select the winner.
Auto Draws happen automatically on our server using a random number algorithm — this takes place once the competition ends or all tickets are sold.
Draws typically occur the next working day (usually at 7pm), and you’ll receive an email notifying you of the draw time once all tickets are sold.
You must be 18 years or older to enter any of our competitions.
We welcome entries from outside the UK, but we only ship prizes to UK mainland addresses.
You can watch the winning numbers for automated draws as they are revealed on our Facebook page at the scheduled draw time.
The winning number is chosen randomly using PHP’s random_int function.
This method is cryptographically secure and selects a number fairly between 1 and the total number of tickets issued.

Ticket numbers are randomly assigned and will appear in your account immediately after entry. We’ll also send them to you by email.
